Philippe Meneut, DIRECTOR
Philippe Meneut is the director and co-founder of New Zealand Services, specializing in Real Estate, Business, and Expatriation Support.
A dual French-New Zealand national, Philippe holds a degree in logistics engineering. He led a transport and logistics company in France before relocating to New Zealand in 2001 with his wife, Ariane, to take on the management of a packaging company.
Since 2007, Philippe has focused on real estate and rental investments, as well as helping clients invest in businesses, whether by acquiring shares, creating new companies, or purchasing existing ones.
He has assisted numerous families in their expatriation or investment projects in New Zealand.

Ariane Meneut, CO-DIRECTOR
Ariane Meneut, a dual Swiss-New Zealand national, is the co-founder of New Zealand Services. With a background in special education, Ariane first established and ran a French goods shop in central Auckland for four years before working as a consultant in a travel agency.
Today, Ariane is the Director of the Education Service and specializes in organizing language stays in New Zealand. Attuned to the needs of both parents and children, she ensures that all projects meet their expectations and goals. Ariane carefully selects the best schools and host families to welcome your children, aiming for them to return with improved English skills and unforgettable memories.
Philippe and Ariane are now true "Kiwis." Philippe supports the famous All Blacks rugby team, while Ariane, being Swiss, remains neutral!
Martine Strachan, HIGHER EDUCATION CONSULTANT
Martine Strachan is our specialist in higher education. A dual French-New Zealand national, Martine has lived in New Zealand for 30 years and has three children, all of whom pursued higher education at New Zealand universities. She also works as an independent French language teacher.
Martine has worked alongside Ariane Meneut for several years and has guided many students in their higher education journey in New Zealand. With her deep knowledge of both the French and New Zealand education systems, Martine has built strong relationships with New Zealand’s schools and universities.
Julie Mariuzzo, LICENSED IMMIGRATION ADVISOR
Julie Mariuzzo, a French national originally from Guadeloupe, is passionate about travel and new cultures. After an initial adventure in Australia and six months traveling through Asia, Julie and her husband settled in Auckland in 2014 to take advantage of New Zealand's professional opportunities.
Holding a Master's degree in Human Resources from IGS Toulouse and a licensed immigration advisor (check her license), Julie has been working with New Zealand Services since 2014.
Julie Lefebvre, INVESTMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Julie Lefebvre, a French national, holds a degree from IEP Toulouse and a Master's in Sustainable Development from the Graduate Institute in Geneva. Arriving in New Zealand in 2015 with a Working Holiday Visa, Julie was captivated by the stunning landscapes of the "Land of the Long White Cloud."
After meeting her future husband in Auckland, she decided to stay and never looked back! With several years of experience in project management within the non-profit sector, Julie joined the New Zealand Services team in 2016. As a licensed real estate agent (check her license) and a certified financial advisor (check her license), Julie assists our clients with their real estate or business investment projects.
Tatiana Elvery, LICENSED IMMIGRATION ADVISOR
A French national, Tatiana moved to New Zealand 11 years ago to join her Kiwi partner. Now settled in Wanaka on the South Island, she enjoys life with her family.
With 15 years of professional experience in finance and human resources management, Tatiana joined New Zealand Services in 2022 and works alongside Julie Mariuzzo as a licensed immigration advisor (check her license).
Marie Maravel, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Originally from Paris, Marie swapped the Eiffel Tower for New Zealand's landscapes after obtaining her Master's degree in Marketing Communication. After a year's adventure on a Working Holiday Visa, Marie didn't want to go back to her metro, work, sleep routine, and set down her suitcases (far too small for her liking) in Auckland. Marie has been working for New Zealand Services since 2023.
